I’d like to tell that I appreciate of those sentences written in verbal Cantonese. Website have been bumping me while retrieving something along my learning of Cantonese. It’s quite interesting. Thank you.

I guess they are asking based on assumption that you may have something you want to ask, and question is welcomed from single enquiry until some enquiries that you might have.

So they welcome your enquiry from less amount but they don’t ask for a bunch of some enquiries when it comes with “any”.

e.g. “If you have anything let me know”, but, I don’t say “if you have any+things”

in addition, this sentence normally use in this way in a formal letter –

“Any questions/inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me on 2555 5555. “
